At Maxim we are able to offer our customers bespoke product designs, providing solutions to solve your storage and organisation problems. We can create variations on our standard products or produce something completely new. Given the wide range of products we make, we can create a huge number of different custom options in a cost effective manner. Recently, we have produced work centre trolleys and cabinets for industrial customers to help implement lean manufacturing principles in their production areas. Custom trolleys and cabinets are an excellent way to support '5S' philosophy of having a place for everything and everything in its place.

All our products are designed and manufactured in-house, which allows us to control quality every step of the way. We fully spot-weld all our steel storage products for improved strength and a clean overall aesthetic. We also powder coat all our own products, which you can specify in any colour or finish if our standard range does not fit your requirements.

Our team have a wide range of metalworking skills and mechanical engineering experience. We work with you through every stage of the design process to develop cost effective solutions to your problems. With our design and prototyping service, we use the latest Siemens Solid Edge CAD packages coupled with Autodesk Showcase, a photo-realistic rendering suite, to realise and visualise product designs early in the design process. Our CAD systems are integrated with MetaCAM software; generating machine code for our computer controlled punching and folding machines to provide a seamless service from concept design to finished product.
